The Problem That Needed Solving
Sepoy & Co set out to create a range of tonic waters that truly embodied the essence of premium quality. We sourced the finest natural quinine available to craft their Classic Indian Tonic, alongside innovative flavors like Spiced Grapefruit Tonic and Mint Tonic. The key challenge with this project was matching the quality of samples produced in the UK with ingredients avalaible in India.
our solution
Since launch, we've continued our collaboration, developing new products such as Tropical Lemonade and Ginger Beer, while also exploring exciting opportunities for future innovation in the functional beverage space. While we initially relied on the finest ingredients from the EU, we’ve been working closely with their team to continually localise the recipes using Indian-sourced ingredients, helping them overcome import challenges.
