Bermondsey Mixer co was borne of a desire to craft the perfect premium tonic, one that embodied honesty and quality. Our journey began at our bar in London, Two One Four, where we recognised the need for a tonic that truly complements spirits without overpowering them. With this vision, we set out to create a range of mixers with raw, natural quinine as the key ingredient.

The Problem That Needed Solving
Our mission was to deliver a range of tonic waters that not only looked beautiful, but delivered exceptional flavour. They had to be handcrafted, using the best natural quinine and they had to be made by us, in the heart of London.
our solution
With a focus on artisanal craftsmanship, we developed a unique extraction method that preserves the natural colour and flavour of raw quinine, resulting in Tonic Waters with a stunning sparkling Amber hue. Our range was entirely free from extracts and artificial additives. We managed every aspect of the brand, from liquid development and branding to manufacturing and distribution. We traded as Bermondsey Mixer Co for 7 years, selling over 3 million bottles worldwide and earning multiple awards along the way.
